Formula 1 driver Jenson Button wins triathlon in California

35-year-old Formula 1 driver Jenson Button showed up to the Day At The Beach triathlon in Hermosa Beach, California, Sunday — one week before the United States Grand Prix in Austin, and crushed the field of more than 500 participants, winning by more than four minutes.

Button, the 2009 World Champion, is an accomplished triathlete, and hosts his own triathlon to benefit cancer research each year.

Button completed the 1/4-mile swim, 10-mile ride and 3-mile run in a time of 48:27.
